Building Sierra Leone’s next-generation creative economy
One brand and one young creative at a time.
We train and mentor young people, especially young women, in practical creative and digital skills, and connect them with real opportunities to build creative careers.
Sierra Leone has a generation of young people ready to create, and a growing number of small businesses that need to be seen. Nexa Kolektivs exists to connect the two.
The gap for young people
Many young people, especially young women, are interested in design, content and digital work, but have few ways to gain practical skills, mentorship and the real-world experience needed to turn that interest into a livelihood.
Nexa
The gap for small businesses
Small and growing businesses, many of them women-led, operate without a professional identity or an online presence. Professional creative and digital support has mostly served large institutions, leaving these businesses behind.
Our approach
Skills that turn into opportunity.
Nexa is a creative company with a social mission. We train young people in practical creative and digital skills, mentor them, and give them the chance to apply what they learn on real projects for real organisations, under professional supervision.
01
Learn
Young people build design, content, social media and digital skills through hands-on masterclasses.
02
Apply
They work on real briefs for real businesses, with mentors guiding every step, and build a portfolio.
03
Grow
Graduates move into creative work, freelancing or their own ventures, strengthening the local creative industry.
For young people
Skills, mentorship, a portfolio and a pathway into creative careers.
For small businesses
Professional branding and digital presence that help them grow.
For Sierra Leone
A stronger creative economy built on homegrown talent.
What we offer
