Vision
To become Sierra Leone’s leading creative ecosystem, where strong brands are built and young people build creative careers.
About us
Nexa Kolektivs Limited is a Sierra Leonean branding, communications, multimedia and digital solutions company based in Freetown. It was incorporated in October 2025.
Our story
The company grew from two strands of work led by our founder over several years: professional client work in design, web development and communications, and mentorship of young people seeking practical creative skills.
Nexa brings both into one structured business. Every project we take on is also a chance for a young person to learn.
The name
Stands for what comes next: forward thinking, technology and modern creativity.
Comes from “collectives”: creatives working together, learning from one another and building a shared ecosystem of brands, designers and young professionals.
Vision
To become Sierra Leone’s leading creative ecosystem, where strong brands are built and young people build creative careers.
Mission
To develop the next generation of Sierra Leonean creatives through practical training and mentorship, and to help small businesses and organisations communicate with confidence.
Core values
Work finished to a professional standard.
Better results through shared skills.
New tools, including AI, used with purpose.
Opportunity and good design within reach of all.
Honesty and accountability in every project.
